Diablo 4: Blood and Sweat – how to proceed with the quest
The Diablo 4 Blood and Sweat quest begins and ends in the Dry Steppe. You should be at least level 55 for the quest.
- To obtain the quest, go to the ruins of Qara-Yisu, which are located in the south-easternmost part of the Dry Steppe. The ruins are a stronghold that you should have conquered beforehand so that you can move around undisturbed.
- In the southern area of the ruins, highlighted by a blue exclamation mark, you will find a corpse. Interact with it to start the quest
- The letter the corpse is carrying tells you that the worker has kept his daughter Tuya’s doll safe. On the map, you will now see an area with a blue border where the doll was hidden. The stone under which the daughter’s toy is buried is located on the roof of the Stronghold. You can reach it via a ladder.
- Once you have found and collected the doll, make your way to Alzuuda. The waypoint is located to the west of the Fields of Hate and adjacent to the Scarred Coast. You will find the daughter, Tuya, in the north of Alzuuda. When you hand in the doll, you will automatically complete the quest. In Diablo 4 Multiplayer, you can complete this and other quests together with your friends.
