The subscription always runs for at least one month. You cancel on time if your letter of cancellation is received by Mobilcom-Debitel at least 14 days before the end of the term.
- You can cancel your contract with Mobilcom-Debitel customer service by phone, by e-mail or by post.
- In addition to your name, address and date, the letter of termination must also contain your customer number and your signature. In addition, request confirmation of your cancellation in the letter.
