You can cancel your contract with Freenet using a free template or by sending it yourself by post or using the contact form. In this practical tip, we present you with all the options for cancelling your contract.

You can cancel your Freenet contract in just a few steps.

  • Open the contact form on the website to do this.
  • In the Online Contact section, first select your product and then, under Inquiry Topic, select Termination.
    Then log in to Freenet so that your cancellation can be assigned directly. Alternatively, continue without logging in. Make sure you have your customer number ready. However, without a login, processing may take longer.
  • Alternatively, you can also reach customer service by telephone on 040 – 348 584 455. It is possible to call from Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. and on Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Another option is to give notice by post. Send your cancellation to: Freenet-Kundenservice, Postfach 90 02 65, 99105 Erfurt.
