You can hide your WhatsApp status in just a few steps. This creates more security for your account and hides unwanted information
Hide WhatsApp status: How it works
Open WhatsApp. Tap the three dots at the top right.
- Go to “Settings ☻ Account”.
- Under “Privacy ☻ Status”, make the settings that you require.
The possibilities with WhatsApp Status
You can specify in the settings which people can see your status.
- My contacts: Only the people in your contact list can see your status
- “My contacts except …”: Here you select the contacts who should see your status and restrict the contacts who should not see your status.
- “Only share with …”: In this case, select the contacts who should see your status. All others will not see the status
