At GMX you can set up a free email quickly and easily. If you want to use premium tools, opt for the paid plans. The set-up process is straightforward and quick.

Set up email with GMX: Instructions

If you want to register with GMX, you can choose from various subscription packages. For everyday use, however, the free variant is perfectly adequate. If you want to set up the new e-mail address, proceed as follows:

• Open the registration page of GMX.

• Enter your details and a preferred email address. If this is not available, you will be shown possible alternatives.

• If you choose one of the paid mail packages, you must enter your account details and agree to the SEPA direct debit procedure.

• Next, enter a secure password that must be at least 8 characters long. Follow the instructions and prompts displayed here.

• Leave a second mail address or a phone number so that you can reset your password if you lose it.

• Finally, enter the security code if you are asked for one and click “I agree. Create account now”.
