How to reach the H&M hotline

H&M is one of the largest clothing companies and offers customer service that you can reach via the hotline or online. When contacting them, have information such as your order number or customer number ready to receive prompt assistance.

  • Customer service is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. You can also reach the H&M hotline on weekends, Saturdays and Sundays, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

    Cancel orders online yourself

    At H&M, customers can cancel their orders for items that haven’t yet been shipped themselves online without having to contact customer service. Here’s how it works:

    • Log in to your H&M customer account on the website. Check the current order status under “My Orders” or “My H&M.” If the items have the status “Items not yet delivered,” you can set the quantity to 0 to initiate the cancellation.
    • The cancellation must be confirmed by clicking “Apply.” If the items have already been shipped, online cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, the delivery can be returned upon receipt or refused.

      H&M offers a 28-day return period after receipt of the goods.

    • If cancellation is no longer possible online, you only need to contact customer service if you have questions or encounter problems with the return. Normally, the processing of the cancellation and return is largely automated via the customer account.
    • In addition, H&M offers free returns for members known as “Plus Members,” while non-members generally pay a return fee of 1.99 euros, unless the items are returned to a store (not possible for all items). No reason for cancellation needs to be provided, but the merchandise must be unused and undamaged.
