With these steps you can recover a deleted Google account
In order to recover a deleted Google account, you must identify yourself as its owner. Google has several mechanisms in place to do this, and it depends on which one you have enabled.
- First follow this (account recovery link).
- First you will be prompted to enter the email address or phone number of the deleted Google account.
- Follow the recovery wizard through the process and enter the required data such as password, security question answers, recovery contact or security codes.
- Google uses this to verify your identity so that no one but you can gain access to your information.
- If the recovery worked, then you can work with the account again. If not, continue reading in the following chapter.
The Google account recovery did not work
If you were unable to recover your deleted Google account, there are two options.
- Your identification and answer to the security questions was not sufficient. In this case, you can start the recovery wizard again.
- The account cannot be restored because it has been irretrievably deleted. In this case, unfortunately, there is nothing you can do.
- There are no other ways to recover a deleted Google Account.
- If you have checked your email with a mail programme and saved it on your computer, or the contacts are in your address book on your phone or computer, you can continue to use them.
