Bing can be removed from Chrome in just a few steps. All you have to do is go to the browser settings and display the search engines there.
To remove Bing from Chrome
To remove Microsoft’s search engine Bing, follow these steps:
- Open the Chrome browser, click on the menu icon on the top right and select “Settings”.
- Select “Search Engine” from the menu on the left and then click on “Manage search engines and website search”.
- Here you will find a list of all the search engines installed in the Chrome browser. For “Bing”, click on the menu on the right-hand side and then on “Delete”.
- If Bing is set as the default search engine, set another service as the default using the same menu beforehand. Otherwise, you will not be able to click the menu to remove the search engine.
