Recover forgotten Vodafone online password
You need your online password to access your Vodafone account and view your bills. If you forget it, you will need to request a new password
- To do this, open the Vodafone website in your browser
- Enter your Vodafone user name there. Alternatively, you can use your customer number or mobile phone number if you have specified this as a login option.
- Finally, type in the security code at the bottom of the page and click “Continue”.
- You will receive a message from Vodafone at the email address you have provided. Click on the link provided there.
- Finally, enter your new Vodafone password twice and apply your changes by clicking “Save”.
- You can now log in with your new password.
