Rotating the screen on smartphones works differently on every device. But this is usually very easy – even on your Samsung.
- To use your apps in landscape mode, swipe down from the top of your screen so that the quick settings open up.
- There you will find an icon called “Portrait”. Tap it and the desired apps will rotate. If you want to undo it, click on the same symbol, which shows “Rotate screen” after activating it.
- If you want the home screen to be rotated, proceed a little differently. To do this, select the device settings, which are hidden behind the grey cog.
- There, look for the start page settings and the switch for “Rotate to landscape”, which you activate by tapping on it.
- If you no longer want landscape format, simply flip the slide switch again.
