In Construction Simulator 2022, crossplay would be ideal to buy construction machines and implement construction projects across platforms. Unfortunately, however, not all platforms can play together.
Bau Simulator 2022: No Crossplay, but Cross-Gen
Cross-platform play is unfortunately only available with major restrictions for Construction Simulator 2022.
- There is Construction Simulator 2022 for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series.
- There is no crossplay between platforms for the game though. For example, as an Xbox player you can only play with friends from Xbox, as a PC player you can only play with other PC players and so on.
- Between console generations from the same manufacturer, however, there is the option to play together with friends. So between PS4 and PS5, for example, joint gameplay is possible.
- If you want to play Construction Simulator 2022 from one platform or via cross-gen, up to four players can join the multiplayer.
- To start the multiplayer and invite friends, you must first play the opening campaign.
