Graveyard Keeper: How to obtain and use acid

by Pramith

In Graveyard Keeper, you use acid to create injections, which are essential for optimizing the graveyard rating

Graveyard Keeper: All you need to know about acid

As in Stardew Valley, you need various resources in Graveyard Keeper, one of which is acid.

  • You can either buy acid from the witch Clotho in the swamp for five silver coins or produce it yourself. This is possible with an alchemy table (level II), which you can unlock using the Advanced Alchemy technology.
  • You need one portion of each of the following ingredients to produce acid: Chaos Solution, Toxic Powder and Toxic Extract. The production also consumes ten energy.
  • Chaos solution is made from moths or bat wings using the hand mixer. Toxic powder, on the other hand, can be obtained using the alchemy mill when processing onions or red flowers.
  • You can make poisonous extract from onions or orange slime. You will need the distillation cube for this. If you use a higher-level distillation cube, the amount of extract you get from a resource increases
  • At the Church workbench, you can then create four acid injections from one jar of acid, two conical vessels and six units of water. The injections are used to adjust the valuation of the corpse
  • Furthermore, you must bring acid to the astrologer during the Guardian’s Journal quest. You should therefore have some in the Graveyard Keeper’s inventory early enough
