In Resident Evil 4, you need a Golden Egg for a quest from the merchant. Fortunately, there are two in the game
Golden Egg in Resident Evil 4: Where to find it
In Resident Evil 4, there are two locations that reward you with a Golden Egg:
- To get one of the eggs for the dealer, you need the boat in chapter four. Take it to the eastern shore of the lake
- Stay as centered as possible until you discover a small spot of land to moor. Leave the boat and continue until you get behind several crates. There you will find the small gold egg, which is quite easy to overlook
- You can only collect the second gold egg from the twelfth chapter onwards. It is located in a small crate right next to the altar.
- Open it with the Strange Cube you receive in Chapter 10. You can then loot the Golden Egg and bring it to the merchant
