Turning on the PlayStation 4 – the right way to do it
- When you turn on the PlayStation 4, the power light will flash blue and then turn white.
- To do this, press the power button on the PS4 or the PS button on a controller to connect the device.
- Hold down the PS button on the controller for one second during operation, you can put the console into sleep mode or turn it off completely.
