Voucher from the IKEA Advent calendar: How to check the value
The IKEA Advent Calendar from 2022 tempts you with 22 sweet chocolates from Hachez and two vouchers. The promotional cards are behind the sixth and 24th door. However, the value is not written on the vouchers.
- Those who want to find out the value of their voucher can do so online. To do this, you need to open a customer account on IKEA’s website. If you already have an account, all you have to do is log in.
- Now go to “Credit query” in the customer service portal. There you will find a field where you can enter the last 13 digits of the prepaid card. This is written at the bottom left of the back of the card.
- Press “Enter” or “Confirm” and you will see the balance.
- Alternatively, you can ask for the value at your local IKEA store. To do this, either go to a service point or ask a member of staff at the checkout.
IKEA Advent Calendar: These vouchers are available
The IKEA Advent Calendar not only has sweet surprises in store, but also two voucher cards. The credit on the cards cannot be redeemed online, but only on site at an IKEA shop.
- The sixth door contains a card that can be redeemed in an IKEA restaurant. The value of this card is the same in all IKEA Advent calendars and is five euros.
- There is another card behind the 24th door. This is a voucher that you can redeem anywhere in the furniture store.
- The exciting thing: The credit of this card is not the same in all advent calendars. The value here is between five and 1,000 euros.
