You can exchange clothes from the Esprit online shop in just a few steps online. Our instructions show you exactly how to do this.
Returning an Esprit item – here’s how
If you’ve ordered clothes online from Esprit, you can easily exchange them if you don’t like them after all.
- You will always receive a returns slip with your Esprit shipment. Place the goods in the original order box or another box.
- Mark on the return slip whether the return is a “return” or a “complaint”. Select a reason from the return request table and place the slip in the box with the goods to be exchanged.
- You will also find a returns label in your package. This has already been filled in. Stick it on the parcel so that it is clearly visible. Make sure that the previous sticker is covered so that the goods do not come back to you.
- You can drop off your return free of charge at any DHL Post branch, parcel shop or parcel station. You can also return your shipment to a Hermes ParcelShop (or a PaketBox).
- If there is no return slip or sticker in your parcel, you can download them as an Esprit Friend in your Esprit account and print them out yourself.
- You have 100 days to return the item.
