CallYa: Swap SIM card – this is how it works

If you’ve got a new mobile phone, you may also need to replace your CallYa SIM card. You can easily apply for a new Triple-Sim via Vodafone.

If you can’t continue to use your SIM card for your new smartphone because you need a different format, for example, it makes sense to order a new SIM from Vodafone. You will then automatically receive a triple SIM that fits all devices.

• The Vodafone customer service is quick and easy. You can reach them 24 hours a day, seven days a week on 0172/2290229.
• You can also have your card exchanged directly in the shop. If the shop still has a corresponding SIM card in stock, you can usually take it directly with you.
• You can also order a new SIM card online. To do this, go to the Vodafone website and log in.
• Under “Order a new SIM card”, select the number for which you need a new SIM card and the reason why.
• The new card will then be sent to you by post.
