  • A calendar and AI functions are integrated into the programme for email management, and the application also offers other conveniences such as organising mails in clusters, a task board or MagicSync.
  • BlueMail’s AI features are referred to by the company as Generative Email, GEM AI.

How to use BlueMail

Setting up BlueMail is done in a few minutes. The functions can be used immediately.

  • First download the application from the BlueMail page or from the respective store of your device and install the programme.
  • Directly after installation, first connect your email accounts to the application. This is possible both manually and automatically.
  • You are ready to use BlueMail for your purposes.
  • If you want to use the integrated AI to summarise mails, then go to the e-mail view. There you will find the GEM AI icon next to the e-mails, which you can use to summarise the respective mail.
  • If you want to use the AI for writing mails, first open a new mail or reply to an existing mail. To do this, compose a short reply and then press the GEM symbol. The AI will suggest a context-based, detailed reply that you can use for your mail.
