DPD shipment tracking – what you should know
With DPD, tracking and tracing is usually possible from the moment you receive the parcel number. In this respect DPD’s tracking and tracing is no different from that of other parcel delivery companies. The tracking of the parcel, on the other hand, is much more exciting.
- As soon as the DPD parcel deliverer has deposited your parcel in his car, you can follow where the vehicle is at any given moment. On the parcel service provider’s website you will find a corresponding tracking page which will inform you at regular intervals about the current whereabouts of your parcel.
- After you have called up the relevant DPD website, enter the number of your parcel label in the “Parcel label number” field. Alternatively, enter the reference number of your parcel in the “Parcel reference” field.
- You start the search by clicking on the magnifying glass on the right. You will then be shown which handling process your parcel is currently in.
- On the day of delivery, you will then be shown the route of the vehicle with relative precision. You can see how many households the driver is going to before he rings your doorbell.

- Parcel tracking also works using the DPD app, so you’re always up to date when you’re on the move too.
- Once you have installed the app, you can use it to track the path of the parcel just as easily as on DPD’s website.
