If you want to cancel Zalando Plus, you must do so by e-mail. An informal message with your details is sufficient
Canceling Zalando Plus: This is how you proceed
To cancel Zalando, you have the following options:
- by e-mail: To cancel your Zalando Plus account and have it completely deleted, the online retailer requires an informal termination by e-mail. Open our Zalando termination template and copy the text into an email. The cancellation should be sent from the email address with which you are registered with Zalando.
- Then send the email to “service@zalando.de”. You will usually receive a confirmation from Zalando by e-mail within 48 hours. Visit the Zalando website and fill out the contact form. You will then be redirected to the cancellation e-mail
- Zalando Lounge account: If you would like to delete your Zalando Lounge account, please contact customer service. You can do this by telephone on 0800 – 240 22 22 (Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 20:00) or by email at impressum@zalando.de.
