The gift can only be returned by the buyer himself. He or she will also get the money back, but can give you a voucher for Otto or Amazon instead, for example. This is how returning your gift to Otto works without any problems:

• Pack the item and all accessories in the respective original packaging.

• Indicate the reason for the return on the delivery note or enter it on the item label.

You must then place the item with the delivery note in the parcel. You can either use the original package or a different package.
• Then stick the return label on the parcel and fill in your address if it has not already been filled in.
• Seal the package properly and take it to the post office.

Returning a gift from Otto – deadlines & costs

By law, you have 14 days after receiving the product to return it.

• Otto itself, however, guarantees a 30-day return policy.
• Otto will pay the postage costs for you.
• Once the goods have been received by Otto, you will be refunded your money within a few days via the same payment method.
