If you no longer want to use Temu, it makes sense to delete your account. This is very easy to do via the app as well as the website
How to delete your Temu account
Have you shopped enough through Temu and no longer want to use it, simply delete your account.
- For example, you can do this via the Temu website. First log in with your login details.
- Then click on your abbreviation or your user avatar. This is located in the top right-hand corner.
- You will then find a list of different options, but you select “Account security” and scroll down to “Delete my account”. This you click on.
- On the next page, you have the option “I want to permanently delete my Temu account and all its data”, which you click on. However, read the instructions about it before doing so. Then click on “Continue” and your account will be deleted.
- The deletion works similarly via the app on your smartphone. Open it and select your user avatar as well. However, the avatar is located at the bottom of the screen.
- In this section you will then also find the option “Delete my Temu account”. Follow all the instructions and finally uninstall the app.
