UPS damage dashboard: You can report damage to the parcel here

If the worst-case scenario occurs and your parcel has disappeared somewhere in nirvana or damage has occurred, the claims procedure comes into play.

  • To start the claims process and make a claim, first register with UPS or create a customer account. You will then, of course, have to answer a few questions about the claim. For this reason, you should have as much information ready as possible. This includes, for example, the corresponding tracking number of the parcel, the contact details of the recipient, the weight of the parcel, the contents or the damage incurred
  • Processing the claim naturally takes some time. The claims dashboard is helpful. Here you are continuously informed about the current status of the processing of your claim. The claims dashboard also offers you the opportunity to interact. For example, you can submit additional documents or edit information
