You need to update your Galaxy Watch from time to time. This is important to keep your watch up to date
Update Galaxy Watch: Instructions
To update your Galaxy Watch, you will need your Android smartphone. Depending on your smartphone system and device, the settings may differ slightly.
- Make sure your Galaxy Watch battery is at least 30 per cent. If it does not, charge the Watch.
- Go to the Galaxy WearableApp on the smartphone connected to the Galaxy Watch. Open the app.
- Navigate to “Watch settings ☻ Watch software update ☻ Download and install”.
- The update will now install and restart.
- Tip: To perform the update via the clock, go to the “Settings ☻ Software Update”. Note that the watch must be paired with a smartphone to do this. For this to work, you need to pair the Galaxy Watch with a mobile phone.
