You do not need an additional app to start a conference call on Android. The native phone app has this function integrated by default.
To start a conference call on Android: How to do it
To make a conference call with multiple participants on Android, follow these steps:
- Call the first person to join the conference and wait for them to answer the call.
- Tap the “Add Call” button and call the next person has. The first call will be put on hold meanwhile.
- After the second person has answered the call, you can tap the “Join calls” button.
- You can repeat these steps to add more people. A maximum of 6 participants are possible.
