If you have problems with your PlayStation and the network, you can contact PSN customer service. In this practical tip, we show you how and when you can contact the service.

Contact the customer service of the PlayStation Network (PSN)

The best way to contact PSN customer service is via live chat or email.

  • On the homepage you have to search a bit to find the contact details for PSN customer service. Scroll all the way down and click on “Info” and “Imprint”.
  • Here you will find the e-mail address of the customer service under “Contact options”: “service@de.playstation.com”.
  • Alternatively, you can also contact the customer service via the live chat. To do so, click on the corresponding link. Now select the problem you are having.
  • Depending on the topic you have selected, you can now speak to a support employee via the live chat. This is possible from Monday to Friday, from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
