If you have any problems with your Lebara prepaid SIM card, you should contact customer service. To do this, you can choose between several options.

The contact section of the official Lebara website lists various ways to get in touch with customer service. One option is to chat with a member of staff.

  • Customer service can be reached by phone daily between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m.
  • If you want to contact support by phone, dial 5588 when calling from your Lebara phone. The call costs 15 cents.
  • For a call from abroad or from another network, this number applies +49 (0) 211 31051 0199. How much the call costs depend on the respective telephone provider.
  • You can reach Customer Service by e-mail at kontakt@lebara.com.
  • Postally you can reach Lebara at the following address: Lebara Germany Ltd, Zollhof 17, 40221 Düsseldorf.
  • Support requests are also handled via social media channels. For example, you can write a message on Facebook. You can also contact us via Twitter.
  • For the time being, Lebara uses the Telekom network. In the summer of 2022, however, Lebara will switch to the Telefonica network. However, this will not change the contact options.
