If you are expecting a parcel from Hermes or have sent one with Hermes, you can always keep up to date with the shipment tracking. We show you how to track shipments online.
Hermes: Use shipment tracking online
With Hermes shipment tracking, you can always see the last location of your parcel online. This is updated whenever the parcel is scanned during reloading. Tracking is possible as soon as the parcel has been handed over to Hermes. The electronic shipment notification is not yet sufficient.
- First open the following Hermes website to track your shipment.
- Enter your order number or shipment ID on the left. On the right you can use your receipt number.
- If you then click on the “Track shipment” button, the current location of your parcel will be displayed.
- The tracking information will be available to you for 30 days.
Shipment tracking: How to do it in special cases
- Deutsche Bahn courier luggage service: To be able to track your luggage, you must enter the complete order ID, including the digits 820000, in the form.
- Online orders: For online orders where you do not know the tracking number or where you are not shown a result, contact the seller or the mail order company.
- Wish delivery: If tracking reveals that your package will arrive on a day when you are not available, you can have your package delivered on another day of your choice.
