PowerPoint: Set a hyperlink to another slide

In a PowerPoint presentation it is possible to refer to another slide via a hyperlink. In this tutorial we will show you how to do this.

Link PowerPoint slides with each other

Depending on the PowerPoint version, the individual steps may differ slightly. These instructions are based on PowerPoint 2010.

• Mark the lettering or object that should carry the hyperlink.

• Right-click on the marker and select “Link”.

• A new window opens. In the left margin, select “Current document”.

• In the middle field, now select the slide to be linked.
• When you now click on the hyperlink in the slide presentation, you will be redirected to the linked slide.
