In some cases, there are simple reasons why your Miele is displaying error code F220. If you can’t figure out the problem yourself, the only solution is to have it repaired.
- The Miele error F220 indicates a problem with the water supply. Therefore, first check whether the faucet supplying water to the washing machine is turned on.
- Turn the faucet all the way on if it isn’t already.
- Inspect the hose. A kink in the inlet hose can cause error F220.
- If it isn’t kinked, the hose or a seal is defective. Do not replace the hose yourself; instead, contact Miele Customer Service.
