Samsung apps are well-intentioned helpers, but in reality they are often not needed. We will show you whether you can remove these apps in our practical tip.
Remove Samsung apps – this is what you have to do
Unfortunately, you cannot completely remove Samsung apps by default. However, you can still gain memory with this method:
- Open the “Settings” on your smartphone.
- You will either find the section “Manage Apps” or “Apps “
- There you will find a list of all the apps installed on your smartphone. Tap on the Samsung app you don’t need.
- Use the “Delete data” button to remove all app data from your phone. Finally, tap on “Uninstall updates” and “Deactivate” so that the app is reset to its original state and no longer appears on your home screen.
- If, contrary to expectations, your smartphone offers you to uninstall the app completely, you can of course do this.
