- 150 ml almond milk

- one packet of non-dairy whipping cream stabilizer
- half a teaspoon of vanilla
- two teaspoons of lime juice
- 130 g virgin coconut oil at room temperature
- a pinch of salt
How to make vegan mascarpone
Vegan mascarpone can be made in five minutes. However, once prepared, it must be refrigerated for three hours.
- Place all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend everything on high speed for two minutes until smooth.
- Place the mascarpone in the refrigerator for at least three hours.
