Exchanges at Peek and Cloppenburg can be a little confusing. You can only exchange goods at one of the two P&C companies

Peek and Cloppenburg: Exchange depends on the company

If you want to exchange your goods after purchasing them from Peek und Cloppenburg, you must pay attention to the company in question.

  • Peek und Cloppenburg offers goods in Germany through two companies with the same company name. The head offices of both are in Düsseldorf and Hamburg. They operate independently of each other with regard to the exchange of orders.
  • Exchanges are only possible at Peek & Cloppenburg KG Düsseldorf. You have a right of return of four weeks and can exchange the goods online or in-store. This also applies to reduced-price offers.
  • If you have a P&C customer card, the exchange period is eight weeks. For the exchange, you either need the receipt or request it online via your account. You can only exchange unworn and undamaged goods
  • Peek & Cloppenburg KG Düsseldorf operates its own online store and runs 69 stores, primarily in southern, central and western Germany. There are also stores in Berlin, Leipzig and other cities in eastern Germany with the exception of Chemnitz.
  • Exchanging goods is not possible at Peek&Cloppenburg KG Hamburg. Here you are entitled to a free return with the shipping company provided within 30 days.
  • It is not possible to return goods from the online store to a Peek und Cloppenburg store and vice versa. However, online returns can be forwarded in stores via Click & Collect counters. This is recommended, for example, if you do not want to have the goods delivered by Hermes or DHL.
  • The Hamburg-based company operates 25 stores, which can be found in northern Germany and Chemnitz. The online store is also independent of the Düsseldorf store.
