Contact the customer service of the PlayStation Network (PSN)
The best way to contact PSN customer service is to call the hotline.
- On the homepage you have to search a bit to find the contact details for PSN customer service. Scroll all the way down and click on “About Us” and you’ll find it.
- If you have any questions or problems, you can reach customer service by phone on 06102 771 3001 (local rate). They will take your call Monday to Friday from 10am to 7pm.
- Alternatively, you can also write an e-mail. There is no contact form, but the e-mail address of the customer service is given. It is firstname.lastname@example.org.
