Zara returns – what you need to bear in mind when making a return

by Mike

If the goods you ordered from Zara don’t fit or you don’t like them, returning them is usually no problem. You can find out what you need to know when returning goods in the following section.

Zara returns: Here’s how to proceed

The return must be made to “Zara” within 30 days of receipt of the email with confirmation of dispatch. If the return period has not yet passed, you must follow these steps when returning the item:

  • Important: The garments you wish to return must be in perfect condition. In addition, all labels must still be attached to the clothing.
  • With your receipt, you can easily take your ordered item to your nearest Zara shop and exchange or return it on the spot.
  • If you want to send your goods, you must first apply for a return voucher. You can do this on the Zara homepage by logging in under “My Account” in the top right-hand corner. Under your order details, you can make the return request.
  • If you made the purchase from Zara as a guest, you must initiate the return of the goods via the order confirmation email.
  • Once your return has been received and accepted by “Zara”, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • The invoice amount will then be credited to your account in the next few days.
