To share your screen on WhatsApp, you need to make a few settings. However, this only works in the most recent version.

Share WhatsApp screen: How it works

To share your screen in the app, you need to be using the latest WhatsApp version. If necessary, update WhatsApp first so that it is up to date. Otherwise, you may quickly find yourself unable to share your screen in the app.

• Open the app and start a video call as usual.

• A new button appears here with a mobile phone with an arrow in it. Click on this. You will now be asked if you want to share the contents of the screen. You will also be informed that the screen contents, like personal data, will be shared on the screen and will be visible to the person you are talking to.

• Confirm the settings by tapping the button. Once this is done, your screen will be transferred.

• You can stop sharing your screen by tapping the button. You can continue the conversation as usual.
